Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We hope you love your Core of the Sun sauce. If something has gone wrong, please contact us and we will deal with it fairly and in accordance with your consumer rights.

Changing your mind

For purchases covered by UK distance-selling cancellation rights, you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the relevant goods.

Statutory exceptions to cancellation rights can apply to certain products, including some goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly and certain sealed goods where applicable legal conditions are met.

We will not attempt to remove a cancellation right where the law gives you one.

To cancel an eligible order, email [EMAIL] and provide:

• your name;
• order number;
• products you wish to return; and
• confirmation that you wish to cancel the purchase.

You do not need to give us a reason.

Returning products

If your cancellation is eligible, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

Please package returned glass bottles securely.

Refunds

Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel, we will provide the refund required by law, including the applicable standard outbound delivery charge.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard service, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that premium service.

We will make the refund without undue delay and within the applicable statutory timeframe.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Your statutory rights are separate from the cancellation rights described above.

If a product arrives:

• broken or leaking;
• faulty;
• materially damaged;
• not as described; or
• different from what you ordered,

please contact [EMAIL].

Where possible, include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. This helps us understand what has happened but does not remove your statutory rights.

Depending upon the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include replacement or refund.

Natural variation

Our sauces contain natural agricultural ingredients.

Chilli heat, fruit sweetness, colour, texture and consistency can therefore vary slightly between batches.

Reasonable natural variation does not necessarily mean that a product is faulty.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under UK consumer law.
